This Privacy Policy regulates the collection and processing of the personal data submitted by Users when they access, navigate or use the functionalities on the website.

a) Contact
The User may contact Shutapp using the forms provided for this purpose on the Website. To do so, the User must provide Shutapp with information on the type of consultation, his or her name and surname, country from which the consultation is made, e-mail, phone number, as well as reason for the consultation made. Shutapp will use these data to process the consultation and to contact the User. This processing is based on your consent. The data are stored for one year.

b) Subscription
By registering in TheTool, the User must provide identifying data such as name, surname and e-mail to process the subscription.

The legal basis for the processing of data is based on the performance of the contract.

The storage period of the data shall be the appropriate time to comply with contractual obligations, and in any case up to five years more for tax administration purposes and to cover any possible liability, unless other periods are applicable.

c) Blog
Users may make comments on TheTool’s blog ( These data will be processed solely to manage publication in the blog. This processing is based on consent. The User’s comments will remain permanently on the Website unless their deletion is requested.

d) Cookies
The Website has technology available to install files known as cookies on the equipment used to access and navigate on the Website. Cookies may be blocked or disabled at any time through the browser settings options. They are used to improve the navigation experience on our website, analyse user browsing habits and offer users customised content.
