How long is the trial?

We want you to find the plan that better fits your workflow and needs in terms of App Optimization. You will get a free trial of 7 days by signing up for one of our paid plans with no obligation to subscribe. It’s 100% RISK FREE.

When do I get charged?

You will be charged on a monthly basis – starting from the day you’ve paid for the desired plan.

What happens after my trial expires?

You have 7 days for testing purposes with access to all plan-specific features. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email before your trial expires. You can cancel anytime!

What if I decide to switch plans?

You will be able to switch between paid plans anytime, just switch to new desired plan inside the product. For downgrading, please reach out to our Support.

Is it possible to cancel my subscription?

Sure thing! You can cancel anytime. Your account will be active until the next billing cycle that you haven’t paid for yet. At the beginning of a new month, that wasn’t paid for, the account will be downgraded to free plan and you will lose a lot of data.

Refund policy

We work with 24 hours refund policy for the first payment – if you forgot to cancel your FREE trial, we will refund your first payment within 48 hours. If you exceed this period, we won’t be able to proceed with your refund.
